Nest Doorbell (wired) Camera keeps switching off

Despite having a 24hr 7 day schedule setting, my Nest Doorbell camera keeps switching off. I've tried resetting it and reconnecting the wi-fi (router is within 20 feet of the device) but still keeps happening.Using iOS on iPhone and iPad
