Problems connecting to camera

I have an outdoor camera that's new I lost the IQ code but I cannot connect the camera I had it connected at one time but now it will not let me reconnect

You can select "Continue without scanning" in order to enter the 6-character alphanumeric setup code that is printed on the back or bottom of your camera.

If your camera was previously installed, you will first need to perform a factory reset.
