Follow-up on post: I have not heard from ANYONE on this matter, just got my post changed to read-only.

PLEASE, if anyone can assist with a faceplate and lens replacement parts, please reach out. Closing posts without a resolution is not Customer Service. Nor is responding to us to have us fill out a form to NOT answer a long time customer.

That is great to hear, but a rough ETA would be nice to have. 😃 All I would like is an opportunity for a Faceplate replacement.
