Hi, I’ve followed the installation instructions but for some reason my doorbell does not display a blue light, therefore my iphone can’t find it to add it on. Any ideas why this may be happening and how I can fix it please?

Before it turns blue to tell you its ready to connect to the app during the setup, do you see the status light pulse white? Your doorbell should also play a tone when this happens.

Do you have one of the new Nest Hello's that's setup and controlled in the Google Home app?
