Spinning Icon in App using iOS

This is basically a repost of this question:

https://support.google.com/googlenest/thread/10972586/nest-camera-spins-with-blue-circle-on-iphone-a...

My camera that is on a free plan, whenever I open the app, the display just shows a spinning blue icon, and the view doesn't load. If I toggle the camera off then on, sometimes this will resolve things. This appears like it's been a problem for quite some time.

I don't want to pay for Aware as you new plans are wildly more expensive than previously.

Please help

Have you tried deleting the app completely and reinstall?

Yes the app is still having the same issue. When I open the app, my camera which is not on a subscription will have a spinning icon, the camera will then restart on its own, and then the live feed works

@dan_

Have you checked to make sure that all of your apps and your phone is updated? I would check out all of that information as that could be why you're having this issue still.

Best Regards,

Brad.

Yes my phone is on the latest version, and all my applications are up to date.

When I open the app, the blue icon spins for approximately 1 minute and 15 seconds. The camera then shuts off, the app show's the camera is offline, then the camera restarts, and the live feed reappears.

Subsequent opening of the Nest app will typically show a live feed immediately, but after a few hours, the behavior will repeat itself.

There are numerous other posts of users reporting this, so I am confident this isn't an isolated issue.
