My thermostat does not work I think it is the battery where do I get another one how do I get into it it’s not working and I’m freezing

Hi Zo1,

Thanks for reaching out and we're sorry to hear about what's happening.

If you're using the new Nest thermostat, you could replace the battery with high-quality 1.5 V AAA alkaline batteries from a known manufacturer. 

Also, could you share a photo of your current wiring configurations with your Nest thermostat?
