I bought 2 wired doorbells a few weeks ago. One has been working great. The other lasted a day, and now it wont do anything. I get a blue light for a few seconds, then nothing for a few seconds, repeating. Seems like a boot loop. Factory reset doesnt work - I held the buttons for a solid minute without anything happening. USB behavior is the same, although eventually I dont even get a blue light.
Chatted with support for a while, until they asked me to reboot my phone which dropped our chat. That basically went nowhere though. They were fixated on "blue pulsing light" behavior, which means I need to connect to it with my phone. That's not what it's doing though, and I cant connect with my (or any) phone.
Created a warranty claim (8-3729000031811), but best I can tell it doesnt exist anymore? I just created a new one: 8-9661000031601.
Is there anything I can do at this point? Thinking I got a $150 paper weight.
