Video playback

After a notification I only get a still video picture no playback. This system has been working fine for a couple of years  My service is paid up so what could be the problem?

I have the same issue.  I can only see a live feed for my cameras.  Video playback does not work for me in the Nest App.  With the Nest app, when I try to playback a video the video never loads and plays.  Also, when I use access Nest from the browser I can only see the live feed.  There is no option to playback.

Same here, I have to use Nest for notifications only and Google home for everything else like video and audio. My wife on her older phone however is fine on Nest App.
