Video stopped and taking pictures instead

Why has my doorbell stopped recording video and started taking pictures, I didn’t mess with the settings and I don’t have problems with my other google cameras.

Let’s check if you have an active Nest Aware subscription for your Nest doorbell.

1. Go to https://goo.gle/2QcwNC7, and at the top right, tap Account > Subscription.
2. From the Home nickname dropdown, select the home where the device is added.
3. Verify that the Nest Aware subscription is active.
