Warranty doorbell

How can I go about taking advantage of my warranty for my best doorbell battery.  I'm not finding where to go and file at the goggle store for it

Have a smudged scratched in the center of the lens.  So, when I look at the person, you can't see their face.  Especially in the morning because i am facing the sun i use to be able to see there face clearly cause they head would block the sun and expose there face clearly... not any more
