Just got a two pack of these for Christmas.
Gonna return them immediately. I had no idea they did not work with the Nest app. I have three other Nest cameras on my network, I'm not going to split my home security between two apps, and have 2/5ths of it ONLY viewable in an app and not in a browser.
I don't know what's going on with Google, but I'm pretty fed up with them.

Hey Google, what is the plan to fix the issue? If there is no plan I will be returning the cameras

Just returned the two-pack of battery cams I got for Christmas. This is unacceptable practice and I will not be a part of it.
I'm currently looking at other options to replace the three Nest cams I already have, the ones that work properly with the app, with a company that doesn't pull this kind of complete and utter anti-consumer nonsense.
Oh yeah, Google keeps deleting my review of the Home app on the Play Store as well for pointing out that they're doing this to the Nest app.

My elderly inlaws have the Nest hello doorbell which works great so I bought the nest cam battery for their backyard and its not showing up. It's difficult enough to explain to elderly people how to use the nest app but now I have to explain that they will have to use another app (Google Home) to view the backyard app. It looks like this has been on going. What is going on with Google?!?!?
Google can't even release the December Patch on their New Pixel 6 Pro so Ive lost all confidence with the company I used to admire.

Pretty frustrating.... cameras are not showing on https://home.nest.com/ so they can not be viewed from a computer... only on the Google Home App.

I was starting to switch all products to Google. Really re-thinking that now. They don't care so why throw my hard earn money their way.
