Your husband needs to go to Settings | Household in the Google Home app and add you as a member of his household for the Google Nest "home" that contains the 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell. This will send you an invitation. Once you accept the invitation, you should be able to go to that "home" in the Google Home app and access the 2nd gen Google Nest Doorbell.

MplsCustomer is spot on.  However as I understand it anyone that gets the invite MUST  have a GMAIL email account or it won't work.

Hi folks,

@Nickatgmailgoog thanks for posting here in the community. I understand your concern to have access to the same Nest doorbell that your husband paired to his account. However, the Nest doorbell can only be linked to one email address but it can be shared through the Google Home App. So in case your account is not yet migrated,  you need to migrate it first then ask him to send you an invite. You can share this link to him and follow the steps on how to invite a home member through the Google Home App.

Looking forward to your response.

I appreciate the help, @MplsCustomer and @EmptyNester.

Regards,

Emerson
