doorbell will not keep history no longer than 3 hrs

my service is with ADT - everything on there end is working - the doorbell will not hold history more than 3 hrs.

I'm just another Google Nest customer (as are most respondents in this forum).

If you are only getting history for the most recent 3 hours, then you probably do not have a Nest Aware or Nest Aware Plus subscription. I don't know how that works with the Google/ADT partnership, but these are the specifics on what you get:

 I have it through ADT - they r the one that told me to call Google

If you are using the ADT/Google partnership (I don't even know how that works, except for what I see on their TV ads), I don't know whether you purchase a Nest Aware subscription through ADT or through Google.

I a quick search, I found this ADT page on Nest Aware:

If you are purchasing a Nest Aware subscription through Google, you would go here:

If you are getting your Google Nest camera service through ADT, I would think ADT should tell you how you are supposed to proceed.

Sometimes Google Nest Community Specialists post responses here.

But if you want to contact Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
