i cant connect to the wifi entry key and qr code has smeared on the back of the camera. Can anyone help?

That is super unfortunate. As you already know, that information is required to set up the camera and without it, there’s not much that can be done. If I remember correctly, the QR code and entry key might also be on the inside sleeve of the box. So if you still have the box, that could help. Otherwise, there’s not much more to do.
