nest hello doorbell wont connect to app nc023 error

my nest hello wired wont connect anymore, i had to delete it from the app and have reset it now it says nc023 error, i have tried several devices to try add it but no joy, I've done all the trouble shooting but still wont connect, this is a replacement from google and is a year old the previous one pealed and the lens fell out please help.

Thanks for reaching out here in the Community. To confirm, how did you reset it? What is the light status of your Nest Doorbell? Do you have other Nest devices? To isolate the issue, could you create a new home structure and add your Nest Doorbell there? Let us know how it goes.

Hi thanks for replying, I have reset it by pushing button on the back and also tried factory reset pressing door bell button and the back button as instructed on the troubleshooting, I have a nest iq camera  and a  thermostat I have removed both and tried setting the door bell up it no joy I have also tried a new home but no joy, it’s very annoying as now it’s an expensive ornament sitting next to my door

this is fixed now its started working again, it also went pink on the screen but a couple of taps on the doorbell fixed that problem
