One of our cameras stopped connecting to the wifi yesterday...I didnt have any luck trying to reconnect with my password so I have removed that camera off the Nest app with a view to adding the product ...my problem is that I can not see the QR code, the camera twists off a little from the back plate however the mounting plate seems stuck firmly to the wall, there seems to be no give at all (a Nest engineer fitted it just over 2 years ago) Any advice greatly appreciated, can I do it any other way? Thanks

One other tip is when you have removed the camera using a hex tool, take a photo of the QR code and the entry key behind the camera. This will save you a lot of grief in the future.
