voltage for nest hello

Hi all

looking at getting a nest hello (Wired) but dont think I have the right voltage.  attached is a pic of my doorbell and it's running off the mains (240v) but looks like its only 6v (as it can be run on batteries too).

I've seen on other forums that you can add an inline power module to up the voltage... but does this work with NEST? or what is the recommended approach here?  Ideally I would like powered rather than battery.
