Brightness on my chromecast

Hi the brightness on my chromecast all of a sudden is not as bright and colorful how do I fix this ?

I think this is not an issue with your Chromecast, but with the tv it is connected to 😉

No my fire stick is plugged into the tv and it is fine I’ve even tried my chromecast in the same input

Also it’s a fairly new 4k tv

Strange, I don't know what's going on. Did you already try to restart or reset your device?

Hello DT77,

 

Thanks for getting back to us. When you tried to reboot or reset your Chromecast, does the same issue persist? Could you please try to plug in the Chromecast into a different TV screen if one is available so we can isolate the issue?
