I'm real sorry about the late response, I appreciate your patience. Let's look into this issue and try to figure out the cause, I'll just need to ask you a few questions to better understand what's happening:

  • When did this issue start happening? Did it ever work on that device?
  • You said you had 3 other phones working on the Chromecast, what kind of phones were those?
  • Does your phone have Location Services turned on?
  • Are you connected to the same network band that you set the Chromecast up on?
  • What type of Chromecast do you have?

Excuse the large amount of questions, this issue is broad, so I'd like to narrow down the problem and provide specific steps. In the meantime, check out this article on common Chromecast connection issues and make sure everything looks good. If you had any more questions or concerns, please let me know!
