ChromeCaste Ultra se déconnecte souvent

Bonjour, j'utilise la solution Chromecast ultra avec mon TV. j'ai fait la configuration.
je partage le contenue de mon PC sur la TV on utilisant google chrome pour partager.

mon pc et la Chromecast sont connecter sur le même WIFI.

pendant le partage, il affiche "connexion perdu" et le partage se coupe sachant que la connexion wifi est stable et le pc reste toujours connecter.

aidez moi s'il vous plait pour résoudre mon problème

A few questions: when did the issue start? Is this happening when casting or even when the Chromecast Ultra is in idle mode? Have you tried casting from your phone to the TV and check if the same issue persists?

 

Try these steps:

 

  1. Move your Chromecast Ultra closer to your router.
  2. Reboot your Chromecast Ultra.
  3. Reboot your Wi-Fi router.
  4. Reboot your PC.
  5. Try to plug in the Chromecast Ultra into a different HDMI port on your TV.
  6. Try to plug in on a different TV screen if one is available.
  7. Factory reset your Chromecast Ultra.
