Chromecast audio unsynced in ZDFMediathek

Hi,

I hope you can help me. Audio works perfectly with all apps, but when streaming with ZDFMediathek, audio is out of sync. Audio comes ahead of picture.

I have already set the maximum audio delay (200ms) but it's insufficient... audio still comes up about a couple of seconds ahead of the picture. 

Is there a way to fix this?

Thanks for reaching out. When did the issue start? Try the steps below:

 

  1. Stop casting, then try to cast the same content again.
  2. Close and relaunch the ZDFMediathek app, then try to cast the same content again.
  3. Exit any resource-intensive applications that may be running.
  4. Reinstall the ZDFMediathek.
  5. Reboot your phone.
  6. Try to use a different mobile.
  7. Reboot your Chromecast.
  8. Reset your Chromecast.

Note: If the issue only occurs in ZDFMediathek app, please reach out to the app developer for additional help.

Not for the moment I guess. 

Unfortunately I'm on a dead-end, because the app creator hasn't responded and I have done your steps on this.
