We have (2) chromecast sets. One drains batteries and the other works as designed. Where
do i go for warranty stuff or how do i contact google chromecast?
i tried to “contact is” and it is a dead end so i am here.
I have gone through 4 sets of batteries since November 1, 2021
Any ideas?

I apologize about the late response, thank you for being patient! Were you able to figure out how to get into contact with Google? If not, I'd be happy to help out, you can get a hold of Chromecast support by using this link here. You'll just need to enter your query, see if an article relates, then it will give you the option to talk with support via phone call or chat.
