Why are my devices keep cutting out and can't reconnect

Hi Horaceholt,

 

Thanks for reaching out. Let's sort this out.

 

A few questions: Are you getting any messages when connecting your devices to the network? What's the LED light status in your Chromecast? When did this start? Please reboot your Chromecast, Google Home, and Wi-Fi router. If the issues persist, reset your Chromecast and Google Home.
