I just got a Vizio smart tv that has a built in Chromecast. The tv has no internal apps and everything is cast from either a PC, tablet or smartphone to it. The tv will show streams from Youtube, Netflix, Hulu and Crunchyroll no problem but HBO max and nebula just produce a black screen whenever I try to cast them to the television regardless of which device I try to cast from. Has anyone else encountered a similar problem.

Hey there VizSmart1,
I apologize for the late response on this thread, thank you for being patient! Were you able to fix that black screen issue? If not, I'd be happy to help out, as I can imagine this has been quite the headache for you. First, make sure that your TV's firmware, Google Home app, HBO Max app, and Nebula app are all up-to-date on their updates. Then, go ahead and factory reset the TV and set it back up again. Finally, if that doesn't help, reach out to Vizio Support, as Chromecast built-in is an open-source software, and Vizio might be aware of any issues involving their TV.
I look forward to your response, and if you have any other questions or concerns for me, please let me know!
Best regards,
Jeran
