Servustv on app does not sent content to the Tv

I downloaded the app on my Iphone. Both the Iphone and Chromecast are connected to the same wifi network.  When I select the programme I want to cast to my TV  the connection is made as I see the starting screen of the app on the TV but then it stops: no content.  On my Iphone it is mentioned that the programme is casted to the TV.

I checked with other apps (E.g Netflix, Viaplay, HBO Max) : all these apps work perfectly. So what causes the problem with the Servustv on app? If someone could help me I would appreciate it very much.

Thanks for reaching out and I'm sorry to hear that you're having an issue casting a video to your Chromecast. Please try the steps listed below:

 

  1. Reboot your Chromecast, router, and mobile phone.
  2. Clear the data and/or cache of the Servustv On app.
  3. Reinstall the Servustv On app.
  4. Disable and re-enable Automatic date and time and Automatic time zone.
  5. Disconnect and reconnect the mobile device from the Wi-Fi network.
  6. Try to cast from a different mobile phone.
  7. Reset your Chromecast.

Note: If the issue occurs in just one application, this could be an application-specific issue that would be best addressed by the application developer.
