I have a chrome cast that's not working. Iv had it for a year or so. Ever since I got a new modem the chromecast plays up. I have reset it multiple times as well as the wifi. It shows up on the TV ready to cast but none of my devices can find it even though it's available on the home app, yet it won't connect. What is going on?

Try these steps:
If none of the steps above help, factory reset your Chromecast and do setup again. Once setup, try casting from those app(s) again.
