Nest aware renewal not showing up

So my nest aware subscription renewed on July 23, got the email and they took the money out but my account says no subscription. Can't find anything exactly like this and the automated system hangs up on me. Anyone have this issue?

Is your Nest Aware subscription on the same Google Account as the one you are using to log into the Google Home app, and for the same Google Nest "home/structure"?

Your subscription should show here, and if you click on your subscription it should show the name of your Google Nest "home/structure".

I don't know what automated system is hanging up on you. To contact Support:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Select your device from the dropdown, click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

On Google play under subscriptions it says my nest aware plus is expired. Under subscription on the home app it takes me to a page to subscribe.
