thermostat not working after reset

hi could someone please help me out x I've got the nest Thermostat and have reset it error and now can't get into the menu screen 🙈 x All I'm getting is the G logo or a home in a rectangle and can't go no further with this. Tried everything on Google but no joy

Hi @Deanna2 - In the Google Home app, are you able to search for a new device to find the thermostat? You might need to have to remove it from your home and do a factory reset in order to find it again.

Thank you for your response x I don't use the Google home app, just the nest app. but will give that a go x if that fails is there anything else I can do?

I think using the Home app should hopefully be the fix but keep me posted and I can try some other troubleshooting steps based on where/if you get stuck.

Hi Mr vacca,. No the problem hasn't been solved. I've tried on both the nest app and the home app but to no joy at all
