1st Gen Nest Aware Subscription Cancellation

TooOldForThisS-

I have found lots of Reddit threads about people having to jump through hoops to manually cancel a legacy 1st Gen Nest Aware subscription. I cant jump through hoops because Google's Contact Us page now only has options to be contacted through Facebook or X, neither of which I have. I'm too old for this s- and just need to talk to a human to help me reverse a $480 charge for 9 cameras that exist on a legacy 1st Gen Nest Aware subscription that needs to be cancelled because these cameras are also now covered by the Nest Aware Plus subscription through Google, for which I'm also being charged $150. Someone PLEASE help me make this happen.

@TooOldForThisS-

Don't you also get an option to have someone call you?  I just tried it and I get a callback option within 3 minutes.  (And I see they've replaced the chat option with using either Facebook or X.)

I'm having a very similar issue @TooOldForThisS-   I am beyond frustrated right now.  No one can help and the chat on Facebook merely told me to submit the form and ask for a call back but I too, don't have that option.  @MplsCustomer not working for me either!

These steps work for us:

1. Go to https://support.google.com/googlenest/gethelp.
2. Select a category/product family, and type in a brief description of the issue, then click "Next".
3. Click "Other", then click "Next step".
4. Under "Resources", just click "Next step". (Clicking one of the listed links will bring up a Help page.)
5. Under "Contact options", choose to get a phone call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.

@MplsCustomer   i'm in the US and I don't get anything other than Facebook or X as an option

I just tried the steps now, and an option for a call in less than 1 minute. I can't paste the screenshot right now because Google Nest seems to have uploads blocked.
