nest aware plus not working

I paid subscription for nest aware plus, but it is not working

If your Nest Aware Plus subscription is not working, try these troubleshooting steps:

1. Check Subscription Status

  • Go to Google Store Subscriptions or the Google Home app to verify your subscription is active.

  • Ensure you're signed in with the same Google account linked to your Nest devices.

2. Verify Payment & Billing

  • Check if the payment was processed successfully.

  • If the payment failed, update your payment method and retry.

3. Check Device & Account Linkage

  • Open the Google Home app → Tap on your Home ProfileNest Aware Settings

  • Ensure your devices are linked to the same Google Home structure that has the Nest Aware Plus subscription.

4. Restart Your Devices

  • Restart your Nest camera(s), doorbell, and router to refresh the connection.

5. Reinstall the Google Home App

  • Uninstall and reinstall the Google Home or Nest app to refresh the app cache.

6. Contact Google Support

  • If the issue persists, visit Google Nest Help and contact Google Support for further assistance.
