I paid subscription for nest aware plus, but it is not working

If your Nest Aware Plus subscription is not working, try these troubleshooting steps:
Go to Google Store Subscriptions or the Google Home app to verify your subscription is active.
Ensure you're signed in with the same Google account linked to your Nest devices.
Check if the payment was processed successfully.
If the payment failed, update your payment method and retry.
Open the Google Home app → Tap on your Home Profile → Nest Aware Settings
Ensure your devices are linked to the same Google Home structure that has the Nest Aware Plus subscription.
Restart your Nest camera(s), doorbell, and router to refresh the connection.
Uninstall and reinstall the Google Home or Nest app to refresh the app cache.
If the issue persists, visit Google Nest Help and contact Google Support for further assistance.
