not in line with inflation…

This is price gouging Google,
perhaps we should ask the Canadian govt to reinstate the digital services tax on you !

so much for you stated corporate goals. You’re just like every other US corporate - blind greed.

Received from Google “did someone help you out?”

of course not Google the community doesn’t set the price and you don’t review and respond to the messages. Marks out of 10 for service and support? ONE

This increase is total B.S. !  You've pretty much priced yourselves out if the market.

By comparison, Ring's Standard ($99.99/year) and Premium ($199.99/year) subscription plans include extended warranty coverage for cameras and doorbells, the event video history is for up to 180 days, and the 24/7 history in the Premium plan is for up to 14 days (for up to 10 cameras).

If Google Nest is going to charge these same prices, perhaps they should offer similar coverage.

100% agree!!! This is ridiculous! The service isn't reliable to say the least. There have been multiple times I've had a video alert where it looked like it might be an emergency but the video of the event was not immediately available and it took 5-10 minutes before it was! In an emergency, it needs to be available immediately!!!

The playback and scrolling of a video is terribly choppy. How the hell do they justify this price increase when the service is so bad!? Especially when some services like my Yale lock are still managed in the nest app!
