Has anyone been logged into a different email in the "Google Store" without realizing and purchased under a wrong account? I was logged into my "spam" account automatically by the google store for some reason, so when I got the subscription email confirmation it is under that email that is not connected to any cameras. I canceled it but the card was still charged and there appears to be no option to transfer subscriptions so that was $165 wasted. Google help?

You will need to contact Nest Support for this, https://support.google.com/store/gethelp, just explain the situation they should be able to assist you.
