Can't access Nest Aware Subscription

Deleted/recovered gmail account associated to my nest aware subscription, now can't access Nest Aware Account.  Need help associating old gmail to new gmail.

Hey folks.

 

I am afraid there is no option to transfer a Nest Aware Subscription to another account. You will need to cancel your current subscription, and make sure to purchase the new one associated with your devices/Home.

I am not able to subscribe at all! When I get to the “select subscription” page it is blank and allows no choice. 
I have also tried to reset my password repeatedly with no success. I do not receive a reset password email. Is there a contact number for assistance? How am I to trust I can get timely assistance when I am paying for your service?
