Hello Google NEST Users
I see from my recent bank details that I was successfully charged on 28th November for an annual subscription to Nest Aware. Although I have e-mailed the Google Nest Support e-mail to get the account activated, it appears that no one is checking that request.
Every time I access my NEST system it just tells me to subscribe to Nest Aware, so this is very frustrating. Surely this is a 30 second job for a NEST Technician?
I went through a whole year of having paid for NestAware and it was linked to a different house on my nest account that didn't exist and didn't have any cameras or devices hooked up to it... and that I couldn't delete and could never get ANY support from ANYONE to fix any of it. I still have a fictitious home on my account and I cannot start Nest Aware on the real home that has cameras.
Good luck with getting any support. If you find someone to help you, tell them to give me a call. Service is a zero... They're good at processing credit card purchases though... I also bought 3 Nest Thermometers that they sent to the wrong address and I ate another $100 on that too...

I can definitely understand how frustrating your situation must be, but I wanted to make sure that your issue was addressed. Do you still need help with this issue? I have yet to be advised how my subscription that I paid for in 2021 will start. All I have at the moment is the demo version for my door bell and external camera. It should be simple to 'turn on' my subscription. Thanks, Paul
