I am using the nest app on an iPad that has the latest iOS update. I was signed in for months. But the app is asking me to sign in using my google account. When I try to log in using the same google account as before, it kicks me back to the welcome home page ands asks me to sign in. I am trying to sign in while sitting in my living room. Note that I am able to access the app on my iPhone. Also note that I got a security alert email asking me if I was the one who granted nest access to my google account. I replied yes. But I’m still stuck in the sign in loop. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling the app and restarting my iPad. Nothing helps.
I’m sorry to hear that and for the delayed response here. Let’s see what’s going on. Just to confirm, when signing into your Nest app, are you choosing the Sign in with Google or the Sign in with Nest option?
