Subscription issues

I've been using Nest at least 8 years Recently I purchased a year long subscription for Nest Aware and although I've paid for it, none of my devices are recording/ storing data. Please advise. I checked with the bank and the money was deducted on November  16, 2022 for the amount of 63.00, which I only wanted to have the 30 day plan. Please correct this problem. There is no phone n

You can check your subscription by going to this link:

https://store.google.com/subscriptions

You can also check it by going to Settings | Nest Aware in either the Google Nest app or the Google Home app.

You could try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."
