I purchased my NEST Camera and Subscription (in the UK) before Google got involved.
I am trying to cancel my NEST AWARE account. Google Help (sick joke) directs me to: STORE.NEST.COM.
When I login to store.nest.com using my email address, password and one time verification code, I get through to a 'Cancel Subscription' button - which DOES NOT WORK !!!
Has anyone else managed to cancel their 1st Generation Nest Aware account - and if so HOW ??!!

I'm in the UK too and managed to cancel mine via this link. I assume you may have already tried this though?

I have tried that link (thanks) but the 'cancel subscription' button doesn't do anything ?!!

You don't have 'ad blockers enabled which might be stopping it do you? If not then I guess it's onto Google support (good luck) to get them to cancel it.

I have the same troubles. It is almost 2 weeks that I'm in contact with the helpdesk and no one is helping me. Always the same formular I have to fill in.
My new subscription couldn't be paid because of a blocked credietcard. I try since 8 july to put my new card but it is not possible. How is this possible?????????
