Charged renewal fee for Nest system I do not have in use

I am looking for a refund on the Nest System Camera renewal.  I was not aware this would automatically renew and I have not used the system since the first month it was installed and stopped working.  I do not use this email so was not aware it would automatically renew.  Would like refund for 2025.

  1. Go to Contact Us - Google Nest Help
  2. Select an appropriate product or category, type a brief description of the issue, then click Next.
  3. Click Other, then click Next step.
  4. In the Resources section, click Next step.
  5. Choose to get a phone call, call or chat with the team, depending on availability in your country.
