Couldn't restart nest aware subscription

I have 2Indoor camera and 1 Door bell - After a while my subscription stopped automatically in my existing home and when trying to renew via browser the webpage is going on a loop and not able to complete the payment request.

If i create a new home it is allowing but cannot do in the existing home.

Tried reaching google support and they were not able to help.  

Without solving this issue all my camera's are useless and a waste of investment of about 300Eur

Thanks for reaching out. We're glad to hear that you're trying to renew your Nest Aware subscription. To know more about this, I'd like to ask some questions: are you using the browser of your mobile phone? Have you tried renewing it using a different device?

 

Give these steps a whirl:

  • Try using a different device to renew it.
  • Try renewing it using your Nest app or Google Home app.
  • Hit this link and renew it using a different web browser.
