Don’t have a QR code or the 8 digit number

I don’t have the QR code or the 8 digit numbers to reconnect my nest hub max to my google home app. Could someone please help me with this issue

The Nest Hub Max does not have a QR code or 6-character alphanumeric Setup Code. When you install it in the Google Home app, and you get to the discover stage, the Nest Hub Max should display a 4-character code that should match the code displayed in the Google Home app.
