Duplicate Nest Subscriptions and getting error when trying to cancel the old one.

I bought a new google Nest outdoor camera and set up Google Home doing the migration for the generation 1 Nest indoor camera into the google home app.  I finally got it set up and paid for the full year for both on google home and now find out I still have the old nest aware subscription which renewed and charged me again for a duplicate subscription. I have tried to cancel using the old nest account and clicking on the cancel button.  However, I keep getting an "unknown error occurred".  I have tried several times but with no luck.   If I delete the account, will it cancel the 2nd subscription and refund my money?? I also can't find ANY phones number to call someone on this??

Try the "Contact us" option under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page below to "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

On the "Resources" page, do NOT select any of the Help options; just click "Next step" to get to the contact options page.

Thank you, I didn't know how to find this information.  Wow, their call and chat hours are midnight to 4 am and 5pm to midnight?

@KSmith4

I think the hours depend on your location, but I'm not sure.
