Hello. I received an email that there was a "payment issue" with my subscription, however I had paid for a year in advance on Sept. 30, 2022 (so it's set to expire in Sept. 2023). Can someone please look into this? Thank you.

If you go to https://myaccount.google.com/payments-and-subscriptions and click manage subscriptions then you can see any subscriptions you have. Make sure you check all accounts you have.
