Events will not play anymore

I have had my best for about a month! It was working fine then stopped playing back my events. I delete them often and nothing has changed. I logged off with and signed back in but still no replay on saved events, on any events. Only live will play. If not corrected I will expect a refund or replacement

Thanks for reaching out. Let's get this sorted out. Is this a newly installed Nest Camera? Also, did you purchase the Nest Aware subscription after the trial expired?
