Camera History not loading

I have 3 nest cameras linked to nest home 1 Doorbell and 2 outdoor cameras, I subscribe to your service and when reviewing recent video via web browser history (1-2 days) the thumbnail appears when mousing over the timeline but the footage never load...

Duplicate Charge for my Renewal

Refund for Renewal

My subscription auto-renewed 2 days ago. I'm moving and no longer need the service. Chatted with support about a refund, but they wouldn't provide it. #frustrating. Anyone have any success with a refund in a similar circumstance?

Billing charged

Best camera notifications not working

All of my outdoor cameras are missing key events like notifying me when people are in my yard. Not all the time but enough that I’m considering switching to a different camera system completely. I’ve triple checked that notifications are on.
