I have canceled the subscription last year and they still took my money count and will not refund my money. I contacted not support. I was on the phone with them for six hours, trying to fix my cameras and they would not work and they still charged me three months later again after I canceled my subscription, because Our cameras did not work. So we no longer have the camera and they still charge me. Google would not refund my money. I tried disputing it over and over. It’s a bunch of fraud.! I will never buy nest products again
