Fraud camera stopped working contacted Nest for Support six months ago, and they still charged me

I have canceled the subscription last year and they still took my money count and will not refund my money. I contacted not support. I was on the phone with them for six hours, trying to fix my cameras and they would not work and they still charged me three months later again after I canceled my subscription, because Our cameras did not work. So we no longer have the camera and they still charge me. Google would not refund my money. I tried disputing it over and over. It’s a bunch of fraud.!   I will never buy nest products again

To confirm, did you return your Nest Camera back to the point of sale? How much did you get charged? Could you share here your case ID when you reach our support team?
