Give me one good reason why I should continue my Nest subscription!!!

I have made every attempt to renew my annual Nest subscription.  The Nest platform continues to respond in a loop, error processing using my updated account info.  This is one of the worst applications I've ever encountered, not user friendly, not worth the subscription fee.

How have you tried to renew?  Just out of curiosity, have you tried opening Chrome in Incognito?  It could be a cache issue with your system.

If you can't resolve it, you could try the "Contact us" link under "Nest Aware Premier Care" on the page linked below. They say: "Get 24/7 access to Nest Aware Experts on the Nest Customer Care team. They’re available to answer questions, help you access features, and manage your subscription."

Same issue for me - This is very annoying. No one from Google support contact center is able to help!
