Google Nest Cameras had history earlier today but now theres no videos at all.

Hello, 

I have four nest cameras (one wireless outdoor, three indoor wired new version) and a 2nd gen Google doorbell and I also have the basic nest subscription with 30 days of video history. I was looking at a clip on one of the cameras from a few weeks ago earlier today and i was actually able to save the video. Now, I revisited the same video clip in the app and ALL of the video history is gone. My subscription is still active, but I need those videos. I literally got the subscription to be able to see and download videos. One thing to note also, the video did not have sound when i was initially looking at it earlier today. They usually have very clear sound. Not sure what that was about. I really would like access to my videos, anyone else had this happen? so weird.

Are your cameras and doorbells all in the same Google Nest "home/structure" where yur Nest Aware subscription is?

If you go in the Google Home app to each of your cameras and doorbells and go to Settings | Video | Video history, is "30-day event video history" checked?

Hi! Yes they are and the subscription is active. I think I had barely made it earlier today and tonight it was past the 30 day mark on the videos I was trying to watch. I think it ultimately got deleted because when I reloaded it it was all clear and the oldest date was June 18th

Forgive me if I'm misunderstanding. In your first report, I thought you were saying that all of your video history had disappeared for all of your cameras. What you're reporting now seems to be normal and expected behavior for a Nest Aware subscription, where video history for events that are more than 30 days old rolls off and is deleted.
