We recently subscribed to the 2TB Google One plan, which was advertised as having Nest Aware as part of it.
In my One account, I do not see Nest Aware listed, and have now lost all history of recordings (used to have a seperate Nest Aware subscription, which is now cancelled and consolidated into One subscription).
What is going on with my Nest Aware subscription?

Just btw, this benefit is - weirdly enough - only available in the UK. Could it be some region-setting issue?
