2 years later and still no change - when having multiple homes and access cameras thru a single Google Home app am forced to purchase a subscription for each location. Bad enough at $60 now $80, come on Google stop ripping us off. When is this going to change.

Emerson - that isn’t my issue, although it stings more BUT why am I paying two subscriptions because I have 2 homes that are combined in the same app. That is just not right.

Were sorry for the confusion here. Both the 1st Generation and 2nd Generation Nest Aware subscriptions apply per home structure and aren’t transferable between home structures and accounts. With the 1st Generation Nest Aware subscription, there is a base charge if you only have one Nest camera, and there will be an additional charge if you add more cameras, while the 2nd Generation Nest Aware subscription will cover all of your Nest cameras in a single home structure.

That does not answer my question. I already know it’s by home. My issue/disgust is with having to pay for 2 subscriythat I access in the same single app (that crashes now on an everyday basis on top of it all). This started a few months back and Google is ignoring it.

I understand that you're having trouble with your Google Home app. Let me help you out. Just to check: What is the make and model of the device you are using for your Google Home app? Have you tried reinstalling the app? If you are using a iOs device, is it on the latest iOs software version?

Issue occurs on brand new iphone 15 pro, updated IOS and Google Home app to the latest available.
Originally started on my iPad, about 2 months ago, also with most updated IOS and Google Home app, continues despite deleting Google Home and reinstalling, shutting down devices, etc. Also now occurs on a 2nd iPad with updated IOS and Google Home app - view video, black screen in 2-3 seconds. Have logged out back in to the app, closed it and exactly same happens. This also occurs viewing either home (2 homes captured in app, one with 4 cameras, the 2nd home with only 1 camera).
