How can I sign up to nest aware???

Im trying to sign up an it is so difficult to get an answer and subscribe to start having the videos when needed.

This Google Nest Help page should help. Be sure to use the same Google Account you're using to log into the Google Home app, and get your Nest Aware subscription for the same Google Nest "home/structure" where your cameras are.

Hey mariamalca,

 

Got it — you may sign up for the Nest Aware subscription through the Google Store page.

 

Here’s how:
 

  1. Go to https://goo.gle/2NXcnMq and sign into your Google account.
  2. Select Your subscriptions.
  3. Under "Available subscriptions," find "Nest Aware" and select Get started.
  4. Find the home you want to add to Nest Aware and select Get started.
  5. To set up your Nest Aware subscription, follow the on-screen steps.
  6. Your subscription will start after your $0 trial ends or within 24 hours if your trial has already ended.
